9. AMENDMENTS AND ADDITIONS TO THE CHARTER

9.1. Amendments and additions to the Charter may be made by a decision of the General Meeting of the Association unanimously.

9.2. State registration of amendments and additions to the Charter are implemented in the order determined by the legislation of The Russian Federation.

9.3. Amendments and additions to the Charter shall enter into force from the moment of their registration by the State.
